We couldn't agree more! Pigs in a Blanket Day: A day to eat sausages wrapped in a pastry. Why? Because that's what "Pigs in a Blanket" is, and here at Cosentino Winery, we've created several different versions of this classic sausage invention to pair with our wonderful wines and to help celebrate this very important day in culinary history.  Wine Club Members: Submit your favorite Pigs in a Blanket recipe, and if we use it, you will win a signed bottle of 2005 The Poet.
